Action plan 2015-2020
The five-year action plan establishes orientations as well as short- and medium-term objectives to fulfil the mandate given to the KEAC by the signatories of the JBNQA. By targeting actions that are responsive to priority environmental and social protection issues in Nunavik, the KEAC strives to ensure compliance with the intentions and commitments of the parties under the JBNQA. Through its five-year action plan, the KEAC also aims to pursue, in accordance with the political context and available resources, actions related to its concerns in particular regarding sustainable development, the safeguarding of biodiversity, climate change and the quality of life of the residents of Nunavik.
